Not a huge fan of Nomad's, but it is one of the more interesting maps at least. Warrior's, Druid's, Frozen and Imperial are probably my four favorite maps. Burning... eeeeh, I guess.
All together pretty good.
Having split maps early in the rotation should help pull out some of Guilds that favor 8v8 play. As much as I like finals on Frozen last time it was fairly boring, as two guilds that made it there just went head to head with very little split strategy.

According to the alliance, they forgot to update it for the first AT after the update. It looks fixed now.

This rotation is quite nice even tho I am not that fond of Nomad's Isle.
Imperial Isle is an underrated map by many but I hope to see some intresting gameplay there.

Can't say ive ever had fun games on nomads on the ladder, its quite a unique map so might see some interesting play.
Warriors and Druids are just safe maps and Frozen is a crowd pleaser, not a fan myself but it rarely ends in boring games.
Imperial has to be the best in the rotation, puts a lot of pressure on the runner.

With burning and frozen in the rotation you theoretically weed out the "one-build guilds."

One of these days I'll stop playing Guild Wars and the only thing I'll remember Burning Isle as is a shitty spike build incubator.
Frozen's always interesting at least.

Burning is a surprisingly strong sinsplit map if you run ZB split monk.

That too, but considering I can't stand 123spike or sinsplit...

Nomad's really is one of the worst maps in guild wars, but the rest of the map rotation isn't too bad.

Why a ZB monk? Just curious.
and I like Nomad's, the sand is a nice tactical element. I guess the teleporters are pretty annoying.

The sand element basically gives the losing team at VoD an advantage.
There is nothing wrong with burning isle, in my opinion a good tournament map rotation is required to have burning, frozen, and weeping. Final on imperial isn't really going to cause anything drastic, but then again the final on frozen was just an 8v8 clusterf*ck at the stand, so I guess anything is possible.
